Huw is a European patent attorney. The majority of his work is on the prosecution of European applications but he also handles applications for patents in the UK, US and around the world. He has also been involved in opposition proceedings before the Opposition Division and Boards of Appeal at the EPO.
Following a first-class degree and a PhD in plant development at Oxford, focussing on gene regulatory networks acting to control plant growth, Huw practises across a range of subject matter in the fields of biotechnology and life sciences, particularly in relation to plant biotechnology and molecular biology.
