J A Kemp Recognised in the UK WIPR Trade Mark Rankings 2025
J A Kemp's Trade Marks Group has been "Highly Recommended" by WIPR in its annual UK Trade Marks Rankings of leading firms and practitioners. The results detail law firms and lawyers at the forefront of their industry.
Clients praised the firm for providing “deep, insightful advice” that goes “above and beyond” the service provided at other firms.
James Fish, Head of the Trade Marks Group, is one of only 11 UK trade mark practitioners to be ranked as "Outstanding". The publication noted that ‘Fish is proficient in multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance and he has developed expertise in prosecuting unusual and non-traditional trademarks.’
Three other partners in the Group were also recognised. Charlotte Stirling was "Highly Recommended". WIPR described Charlotte as handling ‘global portfolios, some with hundreds of trademarks, and is adept in handling infringement issues in the online sphere.’
Tom Albertini and Ben Mooneapillay were both "Recommended".
Aaron Newell was described as “a very smart and astute lawyer”.
