Daniel Keene

Daniel is an Associate in J A Kemp’s Trade Marks and Designs Group and has over thirteen years’ experience in the field. He qualified as a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2020, and previously had several paralegal roles.

Daniel specialises in brand management and trade mark enforcement. He has experience of working on contentious and non-contentious matters before the UK and EU IPO, as well as coordinating disputes in other jurisdictions. Daniel has extensive experience with trade mark clearance, filing projects and due diligence work. Daniel particularly enjoys creative solutions to trade mark problems.

Daniel has experience of working with a range of clients, from small startups to international conglomerates, ranging from food and drink to finance sectors.

Daniel is based in our London office.
