From Haussmann-Saint Lazare RER station
Exit to Rue du Havre or Rue de Caumartin and turn south towards Boulevard Haussmann. At Boulevard Haussmann, turn right and walk for about 5 minutes to reach 75 Boulevard Haussmann, which is on the south side of the road.
