Nicolas Savary

Nicolas is a trademark and design attorney, qualified at French and European level and based in the Paris office of J A Kemp. He joined J A Kemp in 2021 after practicing intellectual property for almost fifteen years in different firms in France and Luxembourg.

Nicolas works as an IP lawyer for the firm's French and European operations and works in the field of trademarks, designs, copyright and domain names. He benefits from extensive experience in the preparation and implementation of strategies and the creation and/or expansion of rights portfolios.

He also advises clients on complex contractual issues, including difficulties related to the drafting or negotiation of licensing and exploitation contracts, research and development contracts and rights acquisition contracts.

Nicolas currently sits on the “Harmonization Committee” of the ECTA and is a member of the “Alternative conflict resolution” commission of the INTA and the “Future of the Profession & Digital” commission of the CNCPI.
