Olivia Bourne

Olivia joined J A Kemp in 2024 as a trainee patent attorney and is based in the firm’s London office.

Before joining the firm, Olivia read Biochemistry at the University of Oxford. As part of her Master’s project, she investigated the molecular mechanisms linking metabolism and MICA expression employing techniques such as fluorescence activated cell sorting. She also undertook a literature review summarising the role of PLCZ1 in mammalian oocyte activation.
