J A Kemp Presents to the Japanese AIPPI in Tokyo

J A Kemp partners Martin Jackson, Tim Duckworth and Tom Carver gave a presentation to the AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property) in Tokyo on 2 June 2016.

The firm had been specially invited to deliver a seminar to members of the AIPPI in Japan. The subject of the presentation was “Patent Litigation in Europe - Predictability, Cost, Prospects, Speed.”

About 50 people attended the session including attendees from private practice, industry and the Japanese Patent Office.
