Nicolas is a trademark and design attorney, qualified at French and European level, in addition to sitting on the 'Harmonization Committee' of the ECTA. Nicolas works in the field of trademarks, designs, copyright and domain names and has expert experience handling the creation and expansion of rights portfolios. In addition, he also advises clients on contractual issues such as licensing and exploitation, R&D and right acquisition contracts.

Nicolas joined J A Kemp in 2021 and is currently based in our Paris office.
