Bulgaria Becomes the Tenth State to Ratify the Agreement on the Unified Patent Court (UPCA)

As of 3 June 2016, Bulgaria has become the tenth EU member state to ratify the Agreement on the Unified Patent Court (UPCA). Now it remains for the UK, Germany and a thirteenth EU member state to ratify the UPCA. The UPCA will come into effect on the first day of the fourth month after the remaining required ratifications have been made.
