J A Kemp client, LanzaTech, shortlisted for The Earthshot Prize

J A Kemp client, LanzaTech, has been announced by HRH Prince William as one of the 15 finalists for the 2022 Earthshot Prize, which looks to recognise breakthrough solutions that can solve the world’s biggest environmental challenges.

LanzaTech’s technology makes use of bacteria to recycle industrial emissions into valuable raw material commodities, including sustainable fuels. J A Kemp has worked with LanzaTech for the past decade to develop their European patent and trademark portfolios.

The finalists will be in the running to receive a £1 million award at the second annual Earthshot Prize awards ceremony on 2 December in Boston, MA.
