J A Kemp Ranked in JUVE Patent’s Inaugural UPC Litigation Ranking 2025

J A Kemp has been ranked in the first JUVE Patent UPC Litigation Ranking, among the first firms to be recommended as experts in UPC litigation.

JUVE Patent is based in Cologne, Germany and provides daily coverage on the European patent market. Each year, JUVE Patent rankings are researched by an independent team of journalists, who send out questionnaires and conduct interviews with lawyers, clients, legal academics and judges. The new UPC ranking features patent practices, patent attorneys and litigators who, according to their research, have a leading reputation in UPC litigation.

JUVE Patent’s analysis said of the firm: “The UK patent attorney firm has a well-known focus on advising pharmaceutical and biotech companies. It continued this work at the UPC.
