J A Kemp Recognised in the First UK WIPR Trade Mark Rankings 2024

J A Kemp's trade marks team has been "Highly Recommended" by WIPR in its inaugural UK Trademarks Rankings of leading firms and practitioners.

James Fish, Head of the Trade Marks Group, was one of just 12 UK trade mark practitioners to be ranked as "Outstanding".

Three other partners in the Group were also recognised. Charlotte Stirling was "Highly Recommended" Tom Albertini and Ben Mooneapillay were both "Recommended".

The results detail law firms and lawyers at the forefront of their industry, navigating the impact of technological innovation on trade marks practice, the challenges of domestic and international protection, and the ever-demanding contest of representing clients in the courtroom.
