Unified Patent Court (UPC) issues draft Code of Conduct

Following consultation with the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi) and other professional bodies including the UK Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA), a draft Code of Conduct for representatives who appear before the UPC has been published. The document sets out the general principles under which dealings with the UPC should be conducted. This is another step towards the UPC becoming operational in 2017.
