UPC Legislation Progresses Through Scottish Parliament

The Scottish Parliament is now set to approve the draft Statutory Instrument put before it relating to the Protocol on Privileges and Immunities of the Unified Patent Court. This follows a recommendation from the Scottish Parliament's Justice Committee. The Scottish Parliament is therefore near completion of the latest step required for the UK to ratify the UPC agreement.
