We will ensure that any patent claims on file meet your commercial needs and we will support you in managing your portfolio and costs as a whole. We will also advise on how to speed up or slow down patent and design prosecution for tactical reasons. We can schedule regular meetings with you to discuss changes in your business and adapt your prosecution strategy as required.

An important part of managing a portfolio is control and management of cost, and maximising value.  We use a forecasting application to provide our clients with quick and easy cost prediction, either to meet annual budgeting requirements, or to provide transparency of potential up-coming costs on particular matters.  The app is integrated with live case data and can track and predict the costs of filings, prosecution, allowance and grant, renewals and other fees on selected families of cases or across an entire portfolio.
