Isaac joined J A Kemp in 2021 as a trainee patent attorney and is based in the firm’s London office.
Isaac obtained an MSci in Computer Science at the University of Birmingham, where he achieved the award for best student in his degree for multiple years of study and received the Allen Murray Centenary Scholarship for academic excellence. During this time, Isaac studied various aspects of Computer Science including machine learning and computer architecture. He also undertook a masters project focused on expanding PRISM, a probabilistic modelling tool used by academics, by looking at ways to effectively and clearly render probabilistic models.
Isaac also spent a placement year at Siemens Rail Automation where he assisted with various engineering projects including creating a proof of concept system that helped improve rail engineer safety.
