Jenny Soderman
Jenny is a European and UK Patent Attorney. Her work includes the drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications in all areas of chemistry.
She enjoys working across a range of chemical sciences, and in particular has experience in handling subject matter ranging from textiles to crystalline forms of pharmaceutical compounds.
Before joining J A Kemp, Jenny obtained her Masters degree from the University of Oxford, where she was awarded the SAB Miller Prize in Chemistry Part IA and the Gibbs Book Prize in Chemistry Part IB. Her Masters project focused on the development of new acridan-based Frustrated Lewis Pair systems to activate small molecules. Jenny also spent a summer working in the research and development department of a multinational fast-moving consumer goods company.
Jenny joined J A Kemp as a trainee patent attorney in 2018 and became an associate in 2023. Jenny is based in our Cambridge office.
