Tom Webb

Tom specialises in contentious and non-contentious trade mark and design matters across a number of sectors, with extensive experience of working with fashion and cosmetics brands.

After having qualified with a boutique IP firm in Oxford, Tom worked in house for a leading British clothing brand. Prior to joining J A Kemp in 2020, Tom worked elsewhere in private practice.

Tom is based in our Oxford office.
