Our Benefits in Full

The firm enrols new employees automatically in its pension scheme as required by the Auto Enrolment Regulations. The minimum contribution on auto enrolment (from April 2019) is 4% of your basic salary. The firm will match any contribution you make up to 5% of your basic salary. The firm’s pension scheme operates a salary exchange arrangement (also known as a salary sacrifice) which generates both employer national insurance savings (shared equally between you and the firm) and employee national insurance savings (which you keep).

New joiners generally start on 20 days annual holiday (with an additional day in December or January at Partners’ discretion), increasing to 25 with length of service. The firm’s flex scheme allowing for 8 additional days’ holiday per year in return for excess hours worked.

Flexible working
In addition to the flex scheme we offer flexible working around core hours including up to 40% remote working (subject to business needs).

Group Income Protection
The firm currently operates a Group Income Protection Scheme (also known as Permanent Health Insurance). The scheme provides for you to receive up to 50% of your salary for up to three years if you are unable to work at all due to an accident or illness, with a final payment if you are unable to work at the end of that period.

Life Assurance
The firm currently operates a Group Life Assurance Scheme (also known as Death in Service) that pays out 4 x your basic salary.

Travel Insurance
The firm provides travel insurance for all employees for both business and pleasure trips.

Personal Accident Insurance
The firm currently operates a 24-hour, worldwide Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme which pays out in the event of accidental death or permanent disability.

Employee Assistance Programme
The firm offers (free of charge) a range of health and lifestyle support services to help employees to deal with events and issues that arise in their lives.

Eye Test Vouchers
The firm offers eye test vouchers for all employees who use display screen equipment for more than one hour per day.

Cycle to work scheme
The firm participates in a cycle to work scheme.

Season Ticket Loan
The firm offers a Season Ticket Loan. The season ticket loan amount paid to you with your salary will not be subject to tax and national insurance. The monies will be deducted from your salary directly each month.

Private Medical Insurance
We operate a Private Health Care scheme with Bupa which will cover you and members of your family (optional). The firm will pay for your membership and you will be responsible for the tax element.
