UPC Litigation Forum
In advance of the Pharma and Biotech Patent Litigation Summit, The Global IP Strategy Hub will host a cross-industry UPC Litigation Forum on 22nd January. Join this session and form a practical and comprehensive strategy towards the UPC alongside experts from the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, telecommunications, mechanical engineering and medical device industries. In this first dedicated meeting discussing UPC practice, members will be able to share experiences and strategies alongside leading judges, in-house counsel and litigators/patent attorneys.
