Guidance Relating to Calculating Unified Patent Court (UPC) Fees
The UPC has recently issued Updated FAQs on Court fees. In particular these provide guidance on how the value of a case is to be assessed for the purpose of determining value based fees and the ceiling of recoverable costs.
