Kieron Grehan

Kieron is a European and UK Patent Attorney based in our London office. Kieron has extensive experience in handling patent work in all aspects of chemistry, including polymers, pigments and plant protection products, though he has a particular focus on oil and fuel additives, inorganic materials and pharmaceuticals.

Kieron has significant experience in representing clients before the European Patent Office in opposition and appeal proceedings, particularly in the area of oil and fuel additives.

Aside from such contentious proceedings, Kieron also regularly drafts new patent applications and handles the filing and prosecution of patent applications for a variety of domestic and overseas clients. He handles worldwide patent portfolios. He also advises clients on freedom to operate and due diligence matters.

Kieron joined J A Kemp in 2002 and became a partner in 2015.
