We have attorneys with deep knowledge of many areas of engineering and physics covering most imaginable technologies applicable to transport including space exploration. This sector covers power plants, control systems, fuels and engineering solutions in a wide variety of applications, from automotive to aerospace and everything in-between.

In recent years we have assisted clients with many patent applications relating to connected vehicles and mobility as a service inventions and have developed a deep understanding of the issues involved, particularly relating to excluded subject matter as examined by the European Patent Office (EPO) in these fields. The global drive towards sustainability has kept our transport team busy, notably those involved in automotive technology. We also handle applications relating to improvements in the rail and marine sectors, many of which are also directed towards reduction of use of natural resources.
